The Dining Experience

All you have to remember is green means go and red means stop. Diners are given a two-sided card, green on one side and red on the other. Turn the card to green and a gaucho chef will arrive at your table side and serve you as much steak, chicken, lamb or pork as you can eat. When you’ve had enough, turn your card over to red and the flow of food will stop.
